Our Terms of Service Agreement
Welcome to MotoRay Driving School! We are committed to providing you with high-quality driving lessons and services. By booking a lesson with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Lessons
- All lessons must be booked in advance and paid for in full.
- Lesson times and dates are subject to availability.
- Lessons are available on weekdays and weekends.
- Lessons must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the full lesson fee being charged.
- Lessons can be postponed due to adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, such as vehicle breakdowns. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the lesson at a convenient time for you.
Instructor
- Your instructor will be Ray Fitzgerald unless otherwise stated.
- Ray Fitzgerald is a qualified and experienced driving instructor, committed to providing you with the best possible learning experience.
- Your instructor reserves the right to refuse to provide driving lessons if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if you behave in a manner that is unsafe or inappropriate.
Vehicles
- Our vehicles are fully insured and fitted with dual controls for your safety.
- You must hold a valid driver’s license and produce it before the start of each lesson when operating on public roads.
- You must inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities or impairments that may affect your ability to drive.
Payment
- Payment can be made by cash, revolut, paypal or bank transfer
- Lesson fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Payment must be made in full before the start of each lesson.
Liability
- We will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
- We will not be liable for any injury or damage caused by your actions or decisions while driving.
- We will not be liable for any consequential or indirect loss or damage.
- We will not be liable for any delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control.
Data protection
- We will keep your personal data confidential and only use it for the purposes of providing driving lessons and services.
- We will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
